WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPIERENCE EVER

I had the worst customer service in my life from Springs Clicks Pharmacy. What a disgrace for customer service and I will not go back to clicks in my life.

It all happened on Sunday the 27 June 2021 at around 15:15pm. I went there to collect my chronic medication as it was not delivered to me as I have requested them to. I was a bit 'I' rated because I had to leave my house in this difficult time with Covid around us. I met up there with a very Pharmacist and he treated me like SH**T..... WOW!! As a client, this was very unexpected. I asked for management in charge to complain regarding my chronic meds that was not delivered and it was already the 27th. I was speaking loud, as I was angry for the service received as this was for service. The pharmacist told me that I must not come there shouting at him as he only help out at the pharmacy and does not work there. He told me that I must not think that he is scared of me cause he isn’t. I then told him, ok can I have my medication now. He kept on making regards about the fact the he is not scared of me and I told him that he is now busy provoking me. I had to as him again to get me my medication and not speak to me as he was very unprofessional. I told him to get me someone else who can assist me as he seems to be incapable of doing customer service. He told me that he is the Pharmacist and he is the one who can help me.

I told him that I don’t have to come to clicks, as I can go to any other pharmacy. He literally told me to GO. "GO TO ANOTHER PHARMACY" he said, I said that this is not your pharmacy and can I please have my medication. I told him that he is still busy provoking me, as if he wants a fight or the situation to continue. Not once did he try to stop this altercation between us as he was the one going on and on. He even told the other staff behind he counter that I think he is scared of me. Not once did he try to calm the situation by trying to apologise for the situation about my chronic medication not been delivered as I requested. In the pharmacy, there is a lot of information regarding the delivery to you by the pharmacy, but it does not get done..... The attitude of the Pharmacist stinks, maybe because he is not permanent staff of the pharmacy or purely because he didn’t like me.....

I then just went to go sit down and wait for my medication to be handed to me. I left the store and decided that I will not have my new prescription refilled at Clicks. I don’t think click will ever see me there again..... but again why should I allow HIM to dictate where I get my medication from.....
