Worst customer service at Rembrandt mall paarl western cape

This afternoon I took a clicks pamphlet outside clicks rembrandt mall in paarl western cape. and went in for their specials. On the pamphlet it stated 2x Nivea men's deo for R46 2x oh so heavenly body wash R76 and 2x 1Litre clicks shampoo for R60. Those were the items I went for. So I get to the till and the cashier rings it up and the Nivea is R66 for the 2 and he says oh but this special was for payday savings. So he points out that the pamphlet states it. Non the less, he calls someone and that person calls another lady which I'm assuming is the manager and she says ya well as you can see it states until the 7th of October and you must now pay full price. So I said to her that in future they should get rid of the expired dated pages before starting new specials as it confuses customers. And usually if I were the manager I would have APOLOGIZED to the customer, given her goods for the price she saw in the pamphlet she had just taken from their door and sent her on her merry way. My friend had also bought 8 glasses from this same clicks yesterday and when she showed them to me as she left clicks they were not even wrapped in bubble wrap or news paper. When she got home 2 had already broken. Service is pathetic here at this clicks! I'll rather drive to the mall for better customer service.
