Worst customer service

I went to Clicks Richardsbay and requested for a new clicks card because I lost mine. I also wanted to buy a few things and was assisted by Lungile Ncube. The girl did not even greet me and told me someone else was going to phone for me to find out about my card. She then proceeded with the transaction and when I asked if I'm still going to get points for the stuff I was buying she just told me I must say please when I talk to her. She said I won't be getting the card I'll have to wait for it I don't know for how long. When I told her I was told to come back with the card number and was going to be assisted same day she told me I don't know what I'm talking about. She then told me to pay and wait on the other side for someone to phone for me. I filled the form and a guy named Phumlani came and assisted me and gave me the new card. I felt so belittled and humiliated by this girl and am so ashamed to go back to the store.
