Worst Customer service!

I went over to the till to pay my merchandise. When I came to the till, the employee struggeld to swipe my rewards card, so she called management for authorisation 3 times because she was on the phone, When she finally arrived at the till se was laying on the counter not even greating me and talking to the cashier in their language. Then when n walked out the Anti-theft poles went of screaming because the cashier did not even try to deactivate the Tags on my products, when a another employee called back, I was really embarresed! I called for the Manager, He said he wil sort it out. Can I please get confirmation how this was sorted out, as i am also a manager i know the procedures.
