Worst Customer Service

<p>So I was there to buy medication by Clicks in Denlyn Mall, Mamelodi Crossing. When I got to the tills, I requested that I re-do a club card as my card got lost when I was ******. The till operator was lazy to help me, she gave all the reasons not to do it "We have to call customer care and they take so long to respond" "Eish, gold cards are so hard to re-do". I ended up leaving without the card or any help. That's not such a great way to handle customers, I love Clicks but the service I got today was awful. Not to mention that as a sick person, I waited well over half an hour to get service at phamarcy when there was just 2 people information of me.</p>
