Worst clicks service ever

It's very sad that the jabulani mall clicks give it's customers the worst service ever. First they put a nice post outside the window saying they operate even when there is load shedding but I got there and the security rudely told me that the shop is closed due to no electricity, that's the first one. Then today I had to wait for 1 hour on the que with no one taking us inside we as customers decided to go to the store so we can shop, the security refused that we go inside though the shop was empty so we asked for the manager the manager told us we have to wait for the people who are taking their prescription to finish, meaning the shop should be emptied of customers before letting others in regardless of the fact that the shop has a minimum of the regulated number of people per shop. I really feel it's unfair that we should wait an hour just to get in the shop that empty it was so empty that there was no one on the till we had to shout at the manager for to let us in. You will never find things like this in the suburbs, but because it's Soweto it's acceptable that customers must be treated as if they getting free service they not gonna pay for the services they receive. I really hope that click jabulani mall better their services and start treating customers with care and respect, it's not that black people like to complain it's just that we not given the respect we deserve, imagine having to fight just so you can buy your essentials then the manager has the nerve to say you should stop complaining, so according to her we should accept the ****ty services they giving us
