Worst Clicks in the country - Clicks Ipic centre Vredenburg

They do not even deserve 1 star. ZERO stars for this clicks!!!! Clicks in Vredenburg (Ipic centre) has the worst service that I have ever seen and it has been like that for years and years. The manager obviously does not care at all. the staff do not care.

Firstly, when there is load shedding the close (which is fine), but when the power comes back on they do not open the doors until their computers are on, and to give you an example, the power went on yesterday at 4:10, after waiting and waiting, leaving to do other shopping, coming back and waiting and leaving again. At 5:30 when I finally had enough their doors were still closed. And the staff inside will look at you through the window with resting ***** face. They will not even say sorry or explain, no they just do not care about their clients at all.

The pharmacy side take forever to get service!! They line in not even long but you can wait for about an hour, even if there is just 3 people in front of you.

It is by far the worst clicks in this entire country.

We have another clicks in our mall, which a bit further to drive and walking in there is like a completely different vibe. The staff is friendly and helpful, there is never a line at the pharmacy and even if there is you move along quite quickly. From now on, I will rather take a drive and go to that clicks. Clicks at Ipic centre will never see my business again!! Worst ****** clicks in the entire country and the manager should be ashamed that he or she has allowed it to be this bad for almost 5 years!! What a disgrace!! Clicks head office should really look in to this clicks!! The people of Vredenburg are not happy at all and very close to boycotting this clicks all together and just using the 1 in the mall.
