Worst clicks branch ever

What is going on in your Gateway KZN branch? There is always some sort of a delay at the paypoints, card machines always have issues, their staff is super unfriendly and to make it worse, the managers take their sweet time to get to the paypoints to assist. This is my 5th time going in there "quickly" but always end up walking out half an hour later. Why can the La Lucia and Crescent branches get the customer service right? Its always smooth sailing going in there and friendly customer service. I honestly think every single person working inside Gateway needs to go for intense customer training. The service does not exist. Something needs to be done in this branch. Suppose to be the branch of all branches but its honestly the worst shop to walk in to in KZN.
