Worse than a govt department!

After waiting for ages to give in my script (since there was only one pharmacist on duty), I am told they don't have stock of the meds I am needing.

I then try to scan their QR code to get my meds delivered to me. Nope, that can't be done as their website is under maintenance.

The pharmacist then says she will get these meds delivered and the delivery guy goes to the completely wrong suburb and proceeds to tell me I gave the wrong address.

I don't know what type of staff you are employing Clicks. This experience is that of a government department.

Cancel everything please. I'm going to Dischem.

Pathetic doesn't even begin to describe this experience.
