Worse service from Clicks

I ordered a hairdryer online on the 25th before 12 The website says “Click and collect within 1 to 3 working days” 6 working days later and no hairdryer or even a sms, only sms I got wad on the 26th that my dryer is with the courier I called numerous times and got attitude and that I should wait because it has been escalated How long does Clicks products take to be delivered? I have never ever waited this long for something to be delivered, worst service ever!!
