Worse service ever

Clicks I would like to complain about Clicks Jackals Creek the pharmacy. today I went for emergency supply of euthyrox as I have been unemployed for a while so I don’t have medical aid at the moment I have been taking these meds for years my script is on their system as well. Today I ask for some meds a few just until I get a script they refused to help mind you this is not the first time and it always seems to be the ladies maybe they letting their lady issues get in the way because prior to that I went for emergency methotrexate as I have RA and lupus to which I just started working so I was going to get a new script they refused to help me with an emergency few even though all my previous scripts were loaded and I was taking the meds I explained to them I am feeling sick I have no updated script here is my old script to prove that I am taking these meds they said I need to call my doctor I done that whilst he was on phone I went back for assistance they refused to speak to him I told them my airtime is getting finished they ignored me the pharmacists walks off to help a another patient even though I was there first she goes out to show someone supplements things they never do this is all because they did not want to help I’m not one to complain about staff but this behaviour is uncalled for and there should be some measures in place to assist people especially when you have been taking meds for 16 years I mean which person goes and ask for thyroid meds without a script all my info is on the system. I have spent R1000’s at clicks every month I will not be doing that any longer will go to dischem where pharmacists actually seem to care and hold discussions about a persons well being
