Worse manners seen in a long time

I arrived at the Eldoraigne Clicks this morning awaiting opening at 09:00am (as per trading hours confirmation board in window). While waiting infront of the store, I noticed 3 Clicks staff members seated on the left side doors and 2, I suppose security guards, on the right - Yes, while waiting in front. All 5 employees made eye contact with me and saw me waiting outside the doors. At around 09:08am I knocked (after I even greeted the lady) and asked why the doors are still closed, where she harshly said that the power is out.<br> Now, after standing outside, pacing from one door to the other, is it so difficult to have the decency and inform a client that the shop will unfortunately not open at stipulated time, but have me standing outside like a whatnot. I mean, I urgently needed prescription medication for my bedridden ill mother, but instead left me standing and waiting like a fool. And why can the shop manager not even think of putting a sign up informing clients of inconvenience. Never have I ever seen Clicks staff behave like this, utterly disgusted.
