WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Good day,

I have been attempting to contact customer service regarding my order, which a driver tried to deliver earlier. Unfortunately, I missed the call and when I tried to call back, the number appears to be invalid.

Each time I've reached the queue and spoken to an agent, the call is cut short prematurely. I would greatly appreciate it if a consultant could call me back with the relevant information as to where is my order that I have placed on the 20th of Jan 2026 and has not been delivered to date.

I am not happy with the service rendered by clicks or their delivery service Skynet the worst!!!!!!!!
