Worse customer and online services

Good Day I have the worse online experience ever and customer service all a bunch of *****. On Sunday 16 March I purchase x 6 lifebuoy hand sanitizer the buy two and get one free option and paid for delivery fee to the shop R15. Then paid the R94.96 but the discovered after payment was done my cart say 5 thought its a mistake. Then I tried again this time x3 lifebuoy hand sanitizer @ R54.98 with delivery fee included realized after payment cart say x2 and not 3. Monday the 17 March 2020. I phoned x3 and then the consultant always going back to the online people yes they see my payment but no feedback of my order confirmation all x3 times the promise the will email it but no email. Today @9.16 am I phoned again where is my order and where is my confirmation oh excuse I had no reference number finally I got one. Dont worry Mrs Adams you will receive it in an half an hour its 17H13 still no order confirmation and no date of delivery and my order is due 19 March 2020 as I paid for that service R15.

On the th 18March I phoned again finally a reference no ***1. After holding for someone from the online department Carl took my call. He said my order dissapeared online but they can see the money isbthere. Ask me if I would like the cash back I said no I wanted the hand sanitizer but he said they dont know when they get stock but will check for me and call me back. Still didnt return or load my order.On the 19th Shahiema comes back but our records show that THEY CAME back to me but all lies again I told he but I had to phone them and still no answer she ignores my reply and probably close the call like all consultants to do to get away with back log. Carl gave me an email address and will personally look at it ***.I emailed him on the 18th with my items I ordered then on the 20 and the 25 March included the *** 8n all my correspondence but no reply only that they will attend to my call in 2 working days and it way past 2 working days. And today the 31 March my order was supposed to be loaded and still no feedback. At least if someone kept me up to date of what's happening it would have been welcomed. Your system still took my money without creating my order....

This was my first and definitely my last with the online service as well as their customer services as both was pathetic.
