Wingtip Clicks Pharmacy

I am very sorry to report but there's a serious problem at the Wingtip Clicks in Doornpoort's pharmacy. The service there is EXTREMELY slow. It takes ages for prescriptions to be filled and the customers gets very frustrated.

I've had a slow experience yesterday, again, and one of the other customers, who came in after me but was assisted at another counter blew his fuse after he stood there for a lifetime and then got told that there was some sort of problem with the link to the medical aid. He was so frustrated that he just took the medicine and paid cash for it rather than waste more time trying to figure out what was wrong. It's always bad when someone looses his temper in a store but I couldn't blame him. We were really waiting there for ages for the staff to get our prescriptions ready and they just had a "don't care" attitude. They did not apologize for the inconvenience or even made any sort of effort to try and pick up the pace. And this is not a once-off thing, the previous time I was there, it took even longer than yesterday.

If something doesn't change there, I'm afraid I'll have to use another pharmacy. This is really a big problem and I hope that the management there will investigate it.

PS: I've tried to send the complaint directly to Clicks via their website but I just got a "something went wrong" message when I've submitted my complaint.
