Will cause patients deterioration

I handed in a script for my mom in July 2026. The dr (Dreyer) clearly stated after a month the dosage of Lexamil must be increased after the first month. This was never noted on the system, amd my mom didn't receive the correct dosage. The repercussions of this is enormous, and unfortunately not the first time it happened at this specific pharmacy.
