WHY QUEUE at Clicks Pharmacies?

I hereby wish to record the unacceptably poor service I receive month after month standing in a queue at the WHY QUEUE collection desk at Knysna Clicks Pharmacy.

This mornings wait was close to twenty minutes waiting whilst other less regular customers were being attended to in other queues. The regular pharmacist assistant, Kenwyn Barnard who was filling prescriptions for the collection drawers saw me waiting and ignored me for over ten minutes whilst going about his tasks for customers who were not waiting for service. When I complained to him and asked why he had seen me and chosen to ignore me he challenged me to take this up with the head pharmacist, so I hereby challenge Erna Loots to respond to me with an explanation of why your staff feel they can treat regular pharmacy clients in this manner.

i have requested a copy of my repeat script so that I can take it to a more personable Pharmacy who actually care about and value their customers business.
