Why do you have time for closing but close before the time?

<p>I phoned and got told that you guys close at 7pm. I rushed and got there at 6:45. The doors was closed. So now i dont understand. Does the 7pm say that at 7pm everyone should be out of the doors including staff or at 7 pm you close and dont let any customers in? I rushed all the way from Randfontein to pick up tablets but was showed away. I even have a photo i took at 6:45pm. Why do you tell customers that you close at 7pm and you close before then?ISnt the shop trading hours till 7pm? I will also just take this up with centre management at cradle stone mall. Even the small juice stand was still open. What makes you guys special? So i rushed and wasted my petrol driving all the way there to get to a shop thats closed and that after i phoned to confirm the time. WHY DO YOU HAVE TRADING HOURS IF YOU DONT KEEP TO IT????????</p>
