Why do they even bother to open?

<p>I called so many times trying to get hold of the clinic to get my son vaccinated. I tried Mall of Africa a million times! They were rude and uncoperative. And this was at 09:08am. They told me they are not open yet. The phone rings so many times before they actually answer and when they do- they are laughing like a bunch of childish fools. Why do they bother to even open. I tried the Clicks at Norkem Mall, took so long to answer and then they hung up. Honsetly Clicks don't bother to offer a service you clearly cannot offer. Useless!</p>
