Why do clicks persue you to work for them and then regret you before you're invited for an interview?

<p>Clicks head office have pursued me on and off for 3 months. I respond as yes, I'm interested in coming for an interview and am regretted before being invited .</p> <p>In my opinion, this is highly unprofessional!! If that's the culture of this company, I'm so glad God closed that door for me. I will not be supporting any of the clicks stores or brands.....</p> <p>dischem, here I come!!!</p>
