why did i not earn points

I went to eastrand mall clicks on saterday 21 feb, I also claimed two vouchers, one for R91.10 and one for R30.90..then ,my bill was for R68.30 that I had to pay for, but as I got home and looked at my slip I didn't earn points on this purchase, points earned for each buy are reflected on the slip and there is no points earned here and the 1st thing I didi gave the cashier my clubcard and she swiped, I need my points please, that's why I shop from you, I could have gone anywhere else...please allocate my points for this purchase and I will like to see those allocated points somehow, thank you.
