Why Clicks you Mislead US?

Called Kwagah Center Pretoria west ,Clicks for medication delivery.My oder was nicely taken by 9:16 this morning ,I waited even called the head office after I was failed by the clicks.I was shocked wen head office told me I must go pick it up myself yet I am very sick,reason I wanted delivered,Why did the lie saying they do deliver and will deliver .I am waiting here and told after 3 hours I must collect???Clicks is taking people as idiots ...
