Why are so few till points open on Black Friday morning?????

This is NOT the first time I'm complaining, & this MOST DEFINITELY NOT A POSITIVE REVIEW, about Clicks, Maynard Mall, Main Road, Wynberg, Cape Town, & hellopeter.com, please stop emailing me, thanking me for writing a positive review, it's Black Friday, why are so few till points open?, out of the 6 till points in said store, why were only 2 open, huh, how do I rate you less than zero stars?????
