Where is my order

I have bought wipes through clicks online with store delivery as they offered a discount almost a week now no one can tell me what is happening with order and when I track just says processing. Now I have to buy more wipes out of my pocket because they cant fulfill their order as they promise on their site order number #190 ********** . I am very upset paid for something now have to pay double because they recon they will sort it out as they feel like it.
