When you know it is time to change Pharmacy, You Know!

When is enough, enough. So on Friday 27 September 2024, my Dr sent a a script for my daughter for her Jeanette to 3 Arts Pharmacy. Unfortunately it never arrived and I had another appointment.. Arranged for it to be resent but could only fetch it the Saturday. Saturday, I arrived just before closing and was told no script had come through. I then phoned the Dr's rooms again and they had planned for it to be resent. My first interaction with Ms Phakama Makamu. We then waited and all of a sudden the medication was phoned already prepared. Poor communication was as a result of this mix up. I was tired and in a bad mood so let it slide. Asked Phakama for her name and she said "here let me write it down for you".

Sunday 29 September 2024, sadly my daughter's mom-in-law passed away and so we were out of it. My daughter then realised that my granddaughter needed her medication. When we arrived 10mins before closing doesn't this same Ms Phakama say to my daughter I hope you not coming with a script now. There has been so much going on so ignored it.

Today my 2nd visit to Clicks Pharmacy. I was helped by a Ms Tayyeba Sheik. My Dr always sends my scripts to the pharmacy but I need the scripts when I do International travel. I then had the original and made a copy, like the Pharmacy would've done. She couldn't even tell the difference when I said she can hold on to the original.

This is the the thing. I am not a first patient, my profile has been existent for over a decade so the system, is the system. Relationship is also something that you have with your pharmacist, Extremely annoyed understand the system is the system but expecting me to bring the original back as it cannot be loaded like that doesn't make sense when you print the script from your printer and it is okay. Is there something else. Disputing the Dr which issues, disputing my credibility or what is it really. It doesn't make sense.

I ask the question when is enough, enough. Do you want to have repeated blood pressure rising episodes at the pharmacy.
