What's the use!!!

<p>So i have a Clicks clubcard.I thought the reason for this is to help you in the time of need.Well i've been having the same problem for 2 months now where my points has not been loaded or loaded incorrectly so i'm asking what is the purpose of this card then three times they've wasted my time and energy and embarrased me by saying that the points has not been loaded yet and i must wait i've turned by the till three times now red with embarrasment i mean is this fair!Maybe i should just take up the Discem clubcard i think it will be much better since it has everything and most of the things that Clicks has not!I'm so mad !</p>
