What is wrong with Mnyandu's Clicks

<p>I had a third bad experience at Mnyandu clicks and on the second one tried to log a complain via the clicks online link it gave me a error message. I wont talk about the 2 bad experience I had previous on the same clicks store.</p> <p>Yesterday I went to Clicks Mnyandu mall to get something got at the store at 16:48 and the security guy closed the door and told me that the clicks closes at 16:45. What made me angry and disappointed is that the was a time slot outside that confirmed the closing time as 17:00. Why write lies at the door, Clicks is a big brand and it is such a disappointment to experience such things.</p> <p>Can someone please explain to me how does this work as it is totally wrong and unacceptable.</p> <p>What I have observed is that the Clicks that are based at the Location we get the worst service than the one that are closer to the burbs or town. That is soooo wrong as Clicks is well know brand and the services should be equal to all Clicks stores</p>
