What happened to my prescription?????

Went to get my medicines from Clicks, Walker Drive today 17th March but found my prescription has gone missing! The new prescription was taken in in February and I was able to get my February medication without any problem! Fortunately the beautiful young lady who served me allowed me to obtain my medication but where is my prescription? Did someone throw it away? I also cannot understand why I and my wife get the same medication every month they never have the right medicine and we nearly always have to go back to complete our prescription. For me it does n't matter but my wife is an epileptic and the medicine is critical to stop fits.
