What Due Care or Protection you give to customers

Good day <br> <br> Iam very dissapointed with Clicks as a highly know Shop that we use..<br> my mothers Medical Aid was used at your store by someone whom we dont know which we are actually still waiting for the answers. I mean how does the consultant take ones medical and process it without even asking for teh persons ID .. it means one can just pick up my wallet get my medical aid and buy expensive medicine without my concern,<br> We came to the branc the lady told us that we must come after Lunch to check the documents we still waiting for that even know no call was made ... Actually no due care is GIven .. i seriously need answers about this..
