What a wonderful Manager and person

I am normally full of moans but I would like to compliment your Kenilworth Centre Manager Carmelia, who always goes the extra mile. February I spend three weeks in hospital and when I came out still could not walk properly, so whenever she sees me in a que she organizes it so I dont have to wait to long, at the same time whenever I am in the store she asks about my wellbeing, even to the extent of saying how well I look when I probably dont. Any problem she sorts out with a smile. Myself and my family enjoy shopping at KC purely for the treatment at your store with a manager who is always there for her customers, she is an asset to your company
