Not only are they totally inept at dispensing medications,- but also professional lyers. They advertise priority queuing for collections, But self medication and prescriptions are prioritized ahead of collections. The priority collections took place after 6 people were helped for self medication,another few with prescriptions. The pharmacist (Catharine) who eventually brought the medication to me after the sms was received for priority queuing , had the wrong medications packed and also forgot after checking everything that the insulin was not there. Their excuses for the priority queuing is that it is not correct, prescriptions and Self medication are actually prioritized. Not collections.
