What a disgrace!

I was there last Friday to fill my script but to my surprise there was such a long queue. There were four dispensary staff members and each had their own agenda.<br> <br> First staff member was an efficient lady with glasses trying to manage the queue quickly..hats off to her working under pressure. I also noticed patients complimenting on her service.<br> <br> Second staff member was a lady promoting clicks club card to every single patient that took 15-20mins per card application.She should be promoted to front shop for this role as she had no use in the pharmacy.<br> <br> Third staff member didn't even bother that there was a queue as she continued packing stock slowly even though she saw sick patients in front of her.<br> <br> Fourth staff member with no uniform was in tears walking aimlessly in dispensary with stock in her hand. She pretended not to see the queue and headed towards the phone for a private call.<br> <br> From my observation, this dispensary is running like a zoo by useless,aimless and pointless people.Your standard of service is declining and the staff really needs to disciplined or replaced by new efficient staff.<br> <br> I am really disgusted with the service and my script was filled by a private pharmacy
