whale caost mall Herm**** staff need better training a,s.p

To Whom it may concern

I've visited your Whale Coast Branch in Herm**** Yesterday, As a local business owner I was so disgust with the way one of the cashiers spoke to Store Manager or Management. I just left my basket there because that was so unprofessional and ********* towards us as clients, management and the clicks brand/company. The way she( the cashier) was treating management in front of us as clients was disrespectful. NOW my Question remain , HOW DOES CLICKS AS A HUGE COMPANY IN SOUTH AFRICA TRAIN THEIR STAFF MEMBER ON HOW TO TREAT US AS CLIENTS? As the staff doesn't even know how to respect their management in front of us as clients... The cashier didn't even mind who and how many clients were standing in the line...
