Well done to Themba in Clicks Rosebank Mall

I ordered my medicine for collection at Clicks Rosebank Mall. When I arrived they couldn't find the parcel with my chronic medicine. Whilst the Collections person went to look in the back office, Themba who was helping a customer nearby took the initiative to help me once his customer was helped. He found out who helped me, told me that person was on lunch and proceeded to help me in a very efficient manner. Within a few minutes I received my medicine without having to pay for it a second time. Very impressed!
