Well done Clicks Rosebank!

I had a potentially bad experience at Clicks in the Rosebank Mall - I was booked for a manicure from Trind nailpolish and the manicurist failed to show up. I would like to thank Nomzamo and Natasha, who handled the situation very professionally and turned the bad situation into something good.
