Website log in error

I have been struggling for almost a week now to log in to the Clicks website to view my current club card points. When I open the link the error message is showed of \503 Service Unavailable"and \""Apache/2.4.7 (Ubuntu) Server at [URL Removed] Port 443\"". I have been able to get past the login page one or two times just to receive the same error message.<br> <br> I would like to know if there is anyone currently looking in to this matter and by when this should be resolved?<br> <br> Thank you."""
