We had our first vacation there and our next date was the 1st of November which then was declared a public holiday

We had our first vacation there and our next date was the 1st of November which then was declared a public holiday. I then foned few days before to ask if they wil be open specifically for vacation they sayd yes and we went on the 1st only to find out that they not doing vacation on this day and thete not going to help us. They could just invormed us but no that is realy not nice
