Watch not working bought it two hours ago

My daughter bought me a watch at clicks cost R220 for my birthday today about two hours ago I now decided to put it on to my surprise it's not working I took it back and they telling me it's the battery they need the full packaging to send it back I have the slips but I don't have the packaging really I must now go look for the packaging coz they cannot help me without it two hours ago and I have the slips
