Waste of time placing online order

I decided to try order my medication online and collect at my local pharmacy and it was a waste of my time. I Still had to wait for my medication to be labeled and processed, no mention of levies online which I could've paid online so I still had to stand in a queue to pay and there is no designated collections point so I still had to wait for my order overall. This was no different than me going to Clicks, standing in line, ordering, processing, signing and then going to the cashier to pay. No difference at all. Won't do it again. Will stick to Dischems Click and Collect
