Waste of time and money

Purchased a Toni & Guy from Clicks, it kept swtiching off whilst I would dry my hair. Unsatisfied with my purchase I went back and returned it, I followed all the procedures. Had my slip, had it in the box and went back within the 30 days of purchase. However I was sent back home by a sales consultant. To cut a long story short I went back twice after that. On the 3rd time the store manager was extremely rude and refused to help me. I then sent a formal complaint through to headoffice via email. Got called back yet my issue is still not resolved. Was told I would get contacted the same day by the area sales manager. No one has contacted me again sent emails after that too. no refund or exchange of item.I tried handling it privately but clearly it got me nowhere.
