Was never refunded

I ordered a beard clipper machine nearly two months ago. I noticed pretty soon that my order wasn't created and I contacted the online store regarding this. They eventually said that my order could not be created and I would be refunded within 14-17 days. It's been 1 and a half months and I still haven't received a refund and contacting them at this point is useless. Do not buy from clicks they're a terrible company who provide terrible online services.
