Was busy buying and App caused ***** transaction.

Wanted to buy a Little Bambino 5 in 1 Tricycle Red at a Clicks shop and one of the employees said we must buy it online. So we went on the App, added the item to our Chart and went on with the transaction to buy the item. The bank then declined the transaction because it picked up as ***** and canceled my buy. I reported to the bank that it was not ***** so I went back into the App to try again. My order then suddenly disappeared from my chart and now the item is suddenly out of stock!!!!
