Wanted to make an exchange of the meds/cream I have already

Went to get meds@ clicks Kemgate when I got home I realised that I had the same cream, took it back today& explained to them they told me they can't take meds back yet it was not opened& when I bought the meds I was even told that I can't return or get a refund. There are no visibly sign written about the drug policy& even went as far as printing docs to show me that& my question was do you guys treat old people like this aswell.....The is such a horrible thing& I'm willing to take this up. If one can't return meds that are not opened why can't the pharmacist tell you when purchising the meds.
