Walk Away Manager

<br> I felt that you have a right to know what customers experience in your store.<br> <br> My family and I were at Clicks on the 20 Sept 2015 @ 14:40. The cashier rang up our purchase. We needed a manager to authorise the use of the Click Clubcard. The cashier called twice on the intercom for a manager and then another male co-worker also called once on the intercom. We waited and waited for a substantial period of time. The cashier told us that she wasn't sure if the manager was going to come and if we left without swiping our card, we wouldn't get our points. <br> <br> Eventually a female manager named Nondumsiue arrived. She was very rude and refused to apologise when I pointed out that we had been waiting an extremely long time. She just turned around and literally started walking away from me in mid conversation. I followed her down 2 aisle She said very loudly that she refused to apologise to us. I told her that I will be reported her to Clicks. She said that she doesn't care.<br> <br> Our cashier said that the manager is like that with everyone.<br> <br> This whole situation was very unpleasant and unprofessional.
