Wake up Clicks Bredasdorp!!

Bredasdorp Clicks needs to wake up and recognise their customers! Queue of people waiting to pay - one cashier. After complaining a second was called who arrived some minutes later... When the manager was asked for she also eventually arrived and argued she was "busy". That she then followed me out the shop and went to the supermarket says it all! The manager must be on the floor making sure everything is running smoothly - not "busy" in their office or out shopping at the supermarket!!! Come on Clicks - you have been brilliant for so many years - train your managers in their client facing roles!
