Wake up CLICKS.

I have tried to call Clicks Gardens Centre about TWENTY times in the last half hour, due to a medical emergency. My partner Sergio went to collect his medication this morning, and of course one of the items was not in stock. (Almost every time we go to fetch our medication, there is something that is not available, and we have to return the next day to collect!). The guy who helped us said he would order it, and call when it arrived. By 4pm, we had not heard from him, so I started calling. NO ONE answered the call for the first TWENTY attempts, and when I finally got through, they said the medication was there , I must come and fetch it. This is DISGUSTING service, when I told the pharmacist on duty the store now, he said they have to prioritize the customers in front of them in the dispensary, so obviously phone calls are not attended to. Wake up Clicks, you are loosing many customers.
