Wake up Clicks

Good Afternoon

I have been going to Clicks Glengarriff Rd, Cape Town for many years, and I unfortunately don't know if I will continue to use this store, as the service has become so disgusting.

Every month when we pick up our medication, there are certain pills out of stock, and we are told that they will order, and we must come back in 2 days’ time to collect.

Do they not understand that we all live very busy lives, and that to go back twice, sometimes 3 times in a month, to collect pills that should be in stock, but never are, is EXTREMELY inconvenient???

The staff at this store are obviously ***********, as EVERY time I go in to get my pills, some customer is being told the same story, I have heard so many people complaining about this problem, but NOTHING seems to improve.

The worst is that we have NEVER received an apology, is this the way to treat loyal customers.

Wake up Clicks, you are losing many faithful customers.
