Waiting period not on point

The system that you using for collecting medicines and prescriptions is doesn't work.Am at clicks Protea Glen Mall.I have been standing in a que for more than 30min and people that found me there waiting the there for hardly 5min.Remember you guys have competitor dischem.I have a choice of choosing you or the competitor and I hope you guys get you act together or am jumping ship.The ball is in your court.Please make a business decision that works for both you and your customers.
