Waiting in vain for service

I stopped at Clicks Cornwall View to get one over-the-counter medication. I took a number and spent the next 40 minutes waiting, without success. There were seven people in the dispensary, apparently very busy, but hardly anyone was helping the growing number of people waiting in line. There were some elderly people who were already there when I arrived. When I eventually left, mission unaccomplished, they were still waiting to be served. Some appeared really ill and one could see the wait was pure agony. I would have complained about the service, if only there was any.
