Waiting for my Gold Card

I am waiting for my Gold Card for 6 months. There was first a Back Log and then apparently the card was posted 4 times to date. I am sick and tired of a Supervisor authorising my card at check out it is inconvenient for me and the other Shoppers as it is time wasting.<br> <br> I don't want a Blue Card in the store as that leads to other complications.<br> <br> The fact that the Card isn't reaching me is almost impossible as I received Post on a Daily basis in letterbox.<br> <br> What proof is there that the Card was sent out.<br> <br> Please send the Card to the Store and I will be inconvenienced and fetch it. Plumstead Store is fine.<br> <br> This query warrants an exception as the card is not getting to me and at the moment I am frustrated
